ウェブ市場、トラベル等のサービス内でご利用いただけるクーポンサービスです。

プロダクトマネージャやプロジェクトマネージャの役割を併せ持つ「プロデューサー」として、より良いプロダクト開発やサービス開発を行うことに情熱を持ち、一緒に働いて頂ける方を募集します。

動きがダイナミックで早い環境において、多国籍で構成されたチームメンバー、複数の異なるチームとともに、プロダクトやサービスの企画・設計、開発、ローンチ、運用を担って頂きます。

ウェブアプリケーション開発経験

ビジネス要求を分析し、技術要件に落とし込んだ経験

優れた分析／課題解決スキル

プロジェクト・マネジメントスキル

アジャイルまたはウォーターフォール型ソフトウェア開発手法、およびソフトウェア開発のライフサイクルの理解

コーディング経験

コラボレーションツールの使用経験 (例: JIRA, Confluence)

KPIの理解、KPIに基づいたサービス開発に関する理解

会計に関する基礎知識

▼ Position overview

I am in charge of developing and operating RaCoupon, a coupon platform service.

What is RaCoupon?

It is a coupon service that can be used within services such as the web market and travel.

As a "producer" who also has the roles of product manager and project manager, we are looking for people who are passionate about developing better products and services and can work with us.

In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, launching and operating products and services with multinational team members and multiple different teams.

Service management / product management

Project Management

KPI management of responsible services and projects

Building good relationships with service stakeholders and necessary reports

Planning and promotion of medium- to long-term strategies for services in charge

Support for introducing coupon functions to each service

Japanese above business level

Excellent communication skills (experience of working with different members such as business / technology, culture and nationality)

Web application development experience

Experience analyzing business requirements and incorporating them into technical requirements

Excellent analysis / problem-solving skills

Project management skills

Understanding Agile or Waterfall Software Development Techniques and Software Development Lifecycles

Coding experience

Experience using collaboration tools (eg JIRA, Confluence)

Understanding of KPIs, understanding of service development based on KPIs

Basic knowledge about accounting

Business development / product development experience

Understanding competitive strategy

Assuming a long working period (first 2 months, renewed every 3 months thereafter)
