プロジェクトまたはプログラムの要件を決定し、それらをステークホルダー、ファシリテーター、およびパートナーと明確にコミュニケーションを図りながら、最新のテクノロジーを使用して費用対効果の高い方法で革新的なテクノロジーソリューションを実装できるよう支援していくことを目指して頂きます。

ファンクショナルアナリストは、クライアントと会ってビジネス上の問題の概要を説明し、要件を特定し、開発チームと協力してビジネスニーズに対応するテクノロジーソリューションを推奨する責任があります。ファンクショナルアナリストは、割り当てられたさまざまな分野および製品の専門家です。

[特徴]

・複数の組織における共通・固有の課題を扱うことから、課題を引き出すコミュニケーション能力、分析力、抽象的思考能力が必要

・ビジネス側の各組織固有のスキーム、用語などのコミュニケーション（文書及び会話）はほぼ100%日本語のため、ネイティブに近い日本語能力が必要

・Agile + Waterfallのハイブリッド（想定）

いずれも、将来的には、ビジネスディベロップメントコンサルタント、プロダクトオーナー、またはマネジメントへのキャリアパスがあります。

職務内容

•ビジネスカスタマーのコミュニケーションから、ビジネスプロセスと要件を理解し、文書化します。

•ギャップ分析を実行して、システム構成と開発の変更を決定します。

•ビジネス要件ドキュメント、システム構成ドキュメント、詳細な機能設計ドキュメント、テスト計画とテストケース、ユーザートレーニングドキュメントと実装ドキュメントを作成します。

•ビジネスおよび開発チームと協力して、システムの変更を設計および実装します。

•クロスファンクショナルスクラムチームの主要メンバーとして働き、コミュニケーションを取ります。

•地域(日本)を超えた会社間ソリューションの設計、および法定要件への対応の経験。

•確かな対人スキルと、機能的および技術的なラインを超えて効果的に編成およびコミュニケーションする能力が重要です。

•限られた一般的な監督の下で独立して働く能力。

•さまざまなビジネス顧客と協力し、矛盾する要件が特定されたときにコンセンサスを推進する能力。

•ビジネスライティング、専門家とのやり取り、多様なクライアントグループとのミーティングの円滑化をサポートするための強力な書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル

•組織とプレゼンテーションのスキル

•対人スキルと管理スキル

•DBMS、ETL、SQLなどのデータベースの概念を把握する

•MicrosoftAzureDevOpsまたはJIRA

•スクラムフレームワークでの作業経験

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic business functional analyst.

Determining project or program requirements and communicating them clearly with stakeholders, facilitators, and partners to help implement innovative technology solutions in a cost-effective manner using the latest technology. I would like you to aim to go.

Functional analysts are responsible for meeting clients to outline business issues, identify requirements, and work with development teams to recommend technology solutions that meet their business needs. Functional analysts are experts in various disciplines and products assigned.

Job description

• Understand and document business processes and requirements from business customer communication.

• Perform gap analysis to determine system configuration and development changes.

• Create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documents.

• Work with your business and development teams to design and implement system changes.

• Work and communicate as a key member of the Cross-Functional Scrum Team.

• Experience in designing intercompany solutions across regions (Japan) and responding to statutory requirements.

• Reliable interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines are important.

• Ability to work independently under limited general supervision.

• The ability to work with a variety of business customers and drive consensus when conflicting requirements are identified.

• Understand database concepts such as DBMS, ETL, SQL

• Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)

• Microsoft Azure DevOps or JIRA

• Working experience with the Scrum framework

• 6-12 months of experience with business requirements using agile / hybrid techniques is ideal, a plus with SAFe project experience
