テクニカルスキル

•MicrosoftAzureおよび/またはAWSおよび/またはGCPの知識が必要です（Azureを推奨）

•PowerShellおよび/またはPythonでのスクリプトの知識は必須です

•バージョン管理の経験（Git）は必須です

•CI / CDの知識は必須です

•コンテナオーケストレーションテクノロジーに関する知識（Kubernetes）

•コンテナ技術の知識（Docker）

•Azureセキュリティセンター、ポリシー、およびイニシアチブに関する知識

•AzureSentinelの知識があると便利です

•コマンドラインを使用したLinux環境での操作経験

•AzureDevOpsまたは同様のプロジェクト管理およびパイプラインツールの使用経験

•ロギングおよびモニタリングシステムの管理経験、Azureモニタリングの知識

•クラウドストレージサービス（Blob Storageなど）の使用経験

仕事内容 (英語)

Responsibilities

Split of workload 80% Engineering / 20% Internal Consultancy

• Responsible for container platform and cloud infrastructure provisioning and development

• Responsible for application containerization and automation pipeline solution building

• Responsible for ensuring the continuous improvements of existing cloud solution (Microsoft Azure Cloud)

• Responsible for ensuring that container and cluster technologies quality and security standards are compliant with

global requirements

• Responsible for ensuring transparent communication of development blockers, bugs and other impediments

• Responsible for automating manual actions

• Responsible for advising member firms on cluster and container technologies

• Responsible for advising on cloud architecture and design choices

• Develop and / or contribute to cloud service deliverables including:

◦ Cloud automation (Continuous Integration / Delivery)

◦ Cloud monitoring, logging, analytics and process monitoring

◦ Data driven cloud solution development within the agile / scrum methodology

◦ DevOps automation and monitoring over the full development lifecycle (construction, integration, testing,

releasing, deployment and infrastructure management)

Qualifications

Personal Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in the IT sector is a must

• Experience as a Cloud, DevOps or Reliability engineer is a must

• Work closely with engineering teams to create and improve containerized technologies

• Able to collaborate in a global team environment, actively engage subject matter experts, and follow through on

commitments

• Strong problem solving (debugging) skills. The ability the dissect, divide and conquer platform problems and find

the root cause

• The ability to work and complete tasks independently

• Experienced in working with virtual teams that are geographically and culturally diverse

• Experience in transparent work environments where progress is being tracked

• 1+ year Agile or Scrum experience is preferred

Technical Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and / or AWS and / or GCP is a must (Azure preferred)

• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and / or Python is a must

• Version control experience (Git) is a must

• CI/CD knowledge is a must

• Knowledge of container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker)

• Knowledge of Azure Security center, policy and initiatives

• Knowledge of Azure Sentinel is a nice to have

• Experience operating in a Linux environment using the command line

• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project management & pipeline tools

• Experience managing Logging and Monitoring system, knowledge of Azure Monitoring

• Experience using cloud storage services (e.g. Blob Storage)

• Experience using cloud DB PAAS services (e.g. CosmosDB, PostgreSQL)

• Experience using testing frameworks (e.g. Powershell Pester)

• Business requirements modeling, analytical mindset.

Language Skills

• Business or higher level of English communication skills

• Japanese communication skills helpful but not necessary

Education / Academics

• University undergraduate degree

• Technical skillset can also be proven with a technical assessment
