インシデント管理、問題管理、事業継続計画を導入し、モバイル通信ネットワークに

おける障害の迅速な検出と早期解決を実現する責任を負う。

●給与(年収):680 万円~1,140 万円

●業務内容:

1 24 時間 365 日のシフト勤務におけるネットワークオペレーションを担当

2発生した問題のライフサイクルを通じて、エグゼクティブレベルのステータスアッ

プデートを提供する責任を負う。

3社内外のステークホルダーとの業務上のやりとり

4インシデント管理プロセスを遵守し、タイムリーに問題を解決し、プロセス全体の

微調整のための改善を提案する責任 (ERT)

5問題管理プロセスを遵守し、同じ問題の再発を防止し、プロセス全体の微調整のた

めの改善を提案する責任(ERT)

624 時間 365 日体制のシフト勤務です。

●歓迎条件:

1電気通信主任技術者(伝送・交換技術)の資格をお持ちの方

2ITIL Managing Professional (MP) / ITIL Strategic Leader (SL)または同等レベル

3技術系資格 - モビリティシステム、クラウド、セキュリティなど

4日本語:日常会話レベル、英語:ビジネスレベル

仕事内容 (英語)

■Business Continuity Planning Department Shift Leader 

→ For mobile service operations to achieve availability and stability of mobile communication services

Introducing incident management, problem management, and business continuity planning to mobile communication networks

Responsible for prompt detection and early resolution of failures in the area.

● Work location: Japan

● Working style: Full-time employees

● Start of work: Immediately ~ (confirmed at the time of interview)

● Salary (annual income): 6.8 million yen to 11.4 million yen

● Business content:

1 Responsible for network operations in shift work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

2 Responsible for providing executive-level status updates throughout the life cycle of any issues that occur.

3 Business interactions with internal and external stakeholders

4 Responsibility to adhere to the incident management process, resolve issues in a timely manner, and propose improvements for fine-tuning the entire process (ERT)

5 Adhere to the problem management process, prevent the same problem from recurring, and fine-tune the entire process

624 hours 365 days shift work.

● Welcome conditions:

1 Those who have the qualification of chief telecommunications engineer (transmission / exchange technology)

2ITIL Managing Professional (MP) / ITIL Strategic Leader (SL) or equivalent level

3 Technical qualifications-mobility system, cloud, security, etc.

4 Japanese: Daily conversation level, English: Business level
