【本社勤務】開発プロジェクトマネージャー

仕事内容

本社勤務想定の急募ポジションです。

ゲームセンターのクレーンゲーム機をスマホやPCから遠隔で操作して景品を獲得したら自宅に景品を配送するサービスの開発。

2年半サービスしているが、売上拡大に伴いシステムをリニューアルするため要員を募集中。

以下のようなマネジメント業務を担当いただきます。

・仕様調整

・スケジュール、品質、コスト管理

・リソースマネージメント

必須スキル

・IT・WEB業界にて10名以上のプロジェクトでPM、ディレクター経験（システム開発工程の進捗、品質、コスト管理経験）　1年以上

・BtoCサービスの開発・運用経験（エンジニアとして）　1年以上

※WEBサイトよりシステム開発ご経験の方の適性が高いです。

 正社員または契約社員

リモートワーク出勤あり　転居を伴う会社本位の転勤なし

給与

月給 300,000 円 - 500,000円

給与改定:年1回（5月）

賞与:年2回（7月、12月）

前職および経験・能力を考慮し、当社規定により決定 。

上記はあくまで想定金額です。

実績は正当に評価しあなたの経験・能力を考慮のうえ、当社規定により優遇します。

仕事内容 (英語)

Job Description

This is an urgent recruitment position that is supposed to work at the head office.

Development of a service to remotely operate crane game machines in game arcades from a smartphone or PC to win prizes and deliver them to your home.

We have been in service for two and a half years, but we are looking for personnel to renew the system as sales increase.

You will be responsible for the following management tasks:

・Specification adjustment

・Schedule, quality and cost control

・Resource management

Required skill

・More than 1 year of PM and director experience in a project with more than 10 people in the IT/WEB industry (experience in system development process progress, quality, and cost management)

・ BtoC service development / operation experience (as an engineer) 1 year or more

*Persons with experience in system development are more suitable than websites.

Head office in Nishiikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo

Remote work available No company-oriented transfer that involves relocation

Monthly salary 300,000 yen - 500,000 yen

Salary revision: Once a year (May)

Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)

Determined in accordance with company regulations, taking into account previous employment, experience, and abilities.
